Numeracy Fun is an online learning platform designed to help students improve their math skills. We focus on students who need extra support in math, starting with JS1, JS2 and JS3, with plans to expand to Primary school, SS1, SS2, and SS3 by next year.
2. Who is Numeracy Fun for?
Currently, Numeracy Fun offers courses for students in JS1, JS2 and JS3. We aim to add some of the primary school classes and senior secondary classes in the coming year.
3. How do I sign up for a course?
You can sign up by visiting the homepage and clicking on the courses listed under "Promoted Courses." Once you sign up, you’ll have access to your own student portal.
Classes and Schedule
1. What is the schedule for live classes?
JS1 classes:
- Monday and Thusday: Practical Mathematics (6 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 PM), Study Buddy (7:30 PM – 8 PM)
JS2 classes:
- Tuesday and Friday: Practical Mathematics (6 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 PM), Study Buddy (7:30 PM – 8 PM)
JS3 classes:
- Wednesday and Saturday: Practical Mathematics (6 :30 PM – 7 : 30 PM), Study Buddy (7 :30 PM – 8 PM)
2. Do I have to attend the live classes?
While live attendance is encouraged for real-time teacher interaction, all classes are recorded and stored in your portal for 7 days. You can review them anytime.
3. What is Study Buddy and Practical Mathematics?
Practical Mathematics focuses on helping students understand and apply math concepts through practical, hands-on problem-solving.
Study Buddy provides guided support for homework and other learning tasks, ensuring students have a helping hand as they study.
4. Do you offer one-on-one classes?
Yes we do offer one-on-one classes typically at ₦10,000 per hour per child
5. Do you offer international classes accross different time zones?
Yes, we do. Please note that pricing may vary internationally due to factors like timezone differences.
Pricing and Payment
1. How much does it cost?
We offer a Basic Plan at ₦40,000 per month per child. This fee covers expert teacher guidance, advanced educational technology, and personalized learning support.
2. How do I make payments?
Payments can be made securely via our online payment system. Once you sign up, you will be guided through the process.
3. Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial but it's only at the beginning of a new session.
Technical and Support
1. How do I access the video classes?
Our video conferencing app is built into the platform. You just need to log in to your portal and click on the conference link. The videos will also be saved and available for 7 days after each class.
